If you have received your goods and would like to return an item then you have up to 30 working days from the date you received the goods to do so. However, there are restrictions on items that can be returned and are subject to our terms and conditions. 

This cancellations right does not apply to: 

  • Any made-to-measure or custom-made products 
  • Short shelf life / perishable goods 
  • Selected Offer or Sale items 
  • Sealed goods which have been opened or used 

How do I return an item?

To return an item please use the Contact Us form to request a return, be sure to include the order number, product you wish to return and quantity you wish to return to make the process as efficient as possible.  
Once your request is received by our team we will contact you to let you know if the request is approved. If approved, the item will need to be returned at your cost by a delivery that ensures safety of the item or we can arrange collection of the item but a minimum charge of £99.50 will be deducted from your refund. Any delivery charge for your order will also not be refunded.

Faulty or damaged items

Any items that are delivered damaged or are faulty will be returned at our cost and you will receive a full refund including the delivery charge. 


If you have placed an order and it has not been dispatched from our warehouse then you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges. To notify us that you would like to cancel your order please Contact Us.
